LICENSE OPTIONS Aiming to make easier to you, we have simplified to license of images usage, giving you the freedom you need for any project with an easier to use pricing structure. A fixed, flat-rate system that's easier to use. It's the best value for the greatest freedom over how you use your image.

Select the Standard RF License or Extended License Options from the menu at the top of the File Download page. If necessary, select the options you need from the menu to amend the Standard RF License Agreement. It is straight-forward availability, making it easier for you to get the image you need.

Then review the provisions and the price, check “Buy” and download the required photo.

STANDARD RF LICENSE (ROYALTY FREE) Standard Royalty-Free License means that you pay for the image only once and then you can use it as many times as you like, with just a few restrictions. In other words, there are no license fees except the initial fee and no other royalties to be paid except those included in the initial cost. Note that the maximum number of copies for printed materials is 10,000 copies.

The Standard Royalty-Free license is granted ONLY for the high-resolution, non-watermarked image (the one that is bought using the download button); all the other versions (small watermarked and non-watermarked thumbnails which are visible on the public site) are entirely copyrighted.

Royalty-free pricing is based solely on the file size of the product you need, not the specific use. You don't have to pay any additional royalties on a use-by-use basis. However, as with all South PHOTOCHINA licenses, the rights granted are non-transferable and are personal to you. This means that if you license a Standard RF product to be used in a derivative work by your client or any other person, they may not use the licensed product separately from the derivative work. Standard Royalty-free licenses are always non-exclusive. All licenses of royalty-free products are subject to South PHOTOCHINA Terms and Conditions.
Using our Standard RF license you CAN: - illustrate websites

- create advertising posters, flyers, postcards and any other promotional material of this type

- create unique interior designs

- illustrate books and CD covers and booklets

- illustrate magazine articles and covers or newspapers

- create wrappings for different products

- create posters for humanitarian campaigns or social campaigns

- create company presentations

- decorate you home or office

Buying the high-resolution image (purchasing the standard license) does not transfer the copyright. You may not claim that the Photos is your own and you may not sell, license for use, or in any way distribute the image for reuse. We recommend that you credit the agency when you use an image. By this you benefit the community at South PHOTOCHINA, of which you are an integral part, and help increase your success as part of the community, which, by growing contributions, gains quantity and quality.

They are licenses that extend the rights given with the Standard RF license. Unless otherwise specified the restrictions imposed by the RF license still apply.

Items for Resale (unlimited)

You may purchase Extended Licenses allowing unlimited number uses of the Content in items for resale, license, or other distribution, including: (i). cards, stationery items, stickers, or paper products,  (ii). posters, calendars, mugs, or mousepads,(iii). t-shirts, apparel items, games,toys, entertainment goods, or framed artwork.

Electronic Items for Resale

80 credits

You may also purchase the option to resell the Content in an unlimited number of electronic templates for e-greeting or similar cards, electronic templates for web or applications development, PowerPoint or Keynote templates, screensavers, and email or brochure templates.

These must be read in conjunction with the South PHOTOCHINA Terms and Conditions.
